Shipping policy
Made just for you. Every item in the Daisy Garden Market is printed on demand when you order it — nothing sits in a warehouse. That's what keeps our little garden sustainable: no overstock, no waste.
Production time. Your item is printed, checked, and packed within 2–5 business days of your order. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with a tracking link the moment it's on its way.
Shipping time. Once shipped, typical delivery is:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 6–12 business days
- Everywhere else: 10–20 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Where we ship. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and most international destinations. If checkout won't accept your address, we can't reach you yet — we're sorry!
Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you about reshipping it; the second shipment's postage will be at your cost.
Lost or damaged packages. If your tracking shows no movement for 10 days (US) or 25 days (international), or your item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us at support@support.basstechdev.com with your order number and a photo of any damage. We'll reprint or refund — defective items never need to be mailed back.
